When we first met at her office, she laid out the whole process to becoming first time home buyers. She did so in a clear and concise way that made a daunting process more manageable. When we finally got down to seeing homes, we dragged this poor woman all over the place. Dirt roads, high fire zones, industrial areas; it didn't matter. She set everything up regardless of the location, met us with a smile and kind word, talked through all the pros and cons of every property, and helped us find our home. We found it and she explained the whole process of putting in an offer and those next steps in complete, but understandable, detail. She guided us through a tough negotiation and helped get us into our dream home. We love our home and are so appreciative of the hard work she put in for us.
